Buying a home is much more than just finding a needle in a haystack. It is navigating a whole process of decision making, compromise, negotiation and logistics. I decided to help my daughter purchase a home. I currently live in North Carolina and will be moving back up north, eventually, when I retire. We found a realtor who works with the Bank of America (BOA) first time home buyer program. Due to the Catherin's scheduling conflicts, Tore took over as our main point of contact. We LUCKED OUT! Although most of my contact was virtual as I was in NC, he kept me included. I came in for only two days to help my daughter find a home. Tore scheduled a bunch of showings so we could see EVERYTHING we wanted. His prior experience helped us to see the positives and negatives in the homes we looked at. She found a perfect home!
